1 Year Warranty – Electronic Products

Add our 1 Year Warranty to your eligible electronic product for additional peace of mind. This warranty provides coverage against defects in materials, electronic components and workmanship during normal use for a period of 12 months from the original purchase or delivery date.

Warranty Coverage

• Manufacturing defects
• Electrical or electronic component failure
• Internal hardware failure during normal use
• Defective buttons, ports, displays or controls
• Parts and labour required for an approved warranty repair
• Repair or replacement where the product cannot reasonably be repaired

What Is Not Covered

• Accidental or physical damage
• Broken or cracked screens caused by impact
• Water, liquid, moisture, fire or environmental damage
• Misuse, negligence or improper installation
• Unauthorized repairs, alterations or modifications
• Power surges, lightning, incorrect voltage or unsuitable power supplies
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
• Consumable items such as batteries, ink, toner, lamps, filters, cables and accessories unless specifically stated
• Software, applications, data loss, viruses or configuration issues
• Products with removed, damaged or altered serial numbers or warranty labels

Warranty Period

12 Months / 1 Year

The warranty period begins from the original invoice or delivery date, whichever is applicable.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Customers may be required to provide:

• Original invoice or Shopify order number
• Product serial number, where applicable
• Description of the fault
• Photos or videos showing the issue when requested
• The affected product for inspection or testing

All products may be inspected and tested before a warranty claim is approved.

Repair or Replacement

For an approved warranty claim, we will first attempt to repair the product. If repair is not practical or commercially reasonable, we may provide a replacement product of the same or equivalent specification.

A replacement product does not restart the original 12-month warranty. The remaining warranty period of the original purchase will continue to apply.

Important Warranty Conditions

• The warranty applies only to the specific eligible electronic product associated with the warranty purchase.
• The warranty cannot be transferred to another product.
• The warranty should be purchased together with the electronic product unless otherwise approved.
• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
